APPLICABLE RULES PERU

STATEMENTS:

The Services can be rendered by Kushki Perú S.R.L. or other local affiliates that execute a Commercial Agreement or Services Agreement.

DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING:

The parties undertake in the process of personal data to strictly comply with the Laws of each country, and in Peru, with Act No. 29733 “Act of Personal Data Protection” and Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS approving the Regulations of Act No. 29733, Act of Personal Data Protection, and other regulations that modify, supplement, and/or add to them.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
