Product Marketing Director

What You'll Do

 

We have a big opportunity and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging and positioning in key areas of Kushki business. You’ll also direct integrated GTM planning and execute cross-functionally with product and sales teams.

Core to this role will be communicating Kushki vision, market leadership, value proposition, and differentiation. This marketer will help craft product positioning, market messaging and collateral, and develop joint value propositions as Company. 

 

The Product Marketing Manager will support product launches and ensure all teams are launch-ready, with the opportunity to define how we communicate our product strategy to the market and all necessary internal teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compelling positioning and messaging, targeting key personas and industries
  • Create customer facing resources, including pitch decks, case studies, videos, collateral, whitepapers and more 
  • Partner with demand generation teams on development of campaigns and content
  • Be the customer advocate for your solution; making sure customer content is included in anything and everything we do in marketing
  • Spearhead content and programs that foster Kushki thought leadership in the industry, resulting in higher brand awareness
  • Manage cross functional workstreams supporting product launches and go-to-market programs
  • Drive alignment with other Kushki business units (Product enablement) and product integrations
  • Feeding back from the field to the product management team 
  • Customer listening skills

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in paytech – fintech – pasarelas de pago – procesadores de pago – adquirentes de pago 
  • PSP or specific companies such as   Mercado pago – open pay – pay U – 
  • Technical aptitude - ability to translate complex tech terms/solutions into content, narratives and mesaging
  • Experience with launching a proudct or service highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product organizations
  • Proven track record in developing highly effective sales presentations and collateral
  • Experience driving a product launch end-to-end
  • 5+ years managing a team 
  • Coaching and motivates the team
